My after reading review (November 24, 2018):- Power training is one of the important fitness attributes for any MMA (Mixed Martial Arts) athletes. Actually not only for MMA, but also in any sports, power training is essential. Though different sports have different types of power training drills and exercises.

Here I am interested only in power training for MMA. Because I need to increase my power to become a superior fighter. So I decided to pick up the book and read through all those pages.

In this book the author covers both striking and grappling power skills. He describes how to become a one punch knockout champion. Similarly in other hand he also mentioned the methods to improve submission power in great details.

What types of drills you need to practice, what types of tools you can use to improve your kicks and punches. All that kinds of stuffs you shall be able to find in this book. Not only that this book is also great for grapplers. After reading this book you shall come to know how to improve your throw and takedown as well as your submission and choke ability.

I have read this author's book before. One is called "Speed Training: For Combat, Boxing, Martial Arts, and MMA". Every things are okey. But one thing I don't like about his books. And that is in his book there is no figures, illustrations, though it's a sports training book. Generally fitness training books, sports books have lots of figures, illustrations in each and every pages to demonstrate drills and exercises instead of just describing in words. But the book is full of words. Sometimes I face difficulty to figure out the proper methods of different drills and exercises just by reading.
Otherwise everything is good. The book covers lots of valuable information to improve your power attributes.
